Start Your U.S. Student Journey with Shahid University

Shahid University's U.S. Student Visa & Admissions Support service helps prospective international students navigate the school application and F-1 student visa preparation process with clear, professional, step-by-step guidance. This is an application and process-support service — not a university, not a government agency, and not a law firm.

Shahid University Service Fee: $675 USD — What's Included

  • Eligibility review based on your background and goals
  • Intake and document review
  • Program selection assistance (undergraduate, graduate, or English Language pathway)
  • Guidance through the school application process
  • Personalized document checklist
  • Support and process guidance as the admitting university reviews your file for Form I-20 issuance
  • Support while you complete your own DS-160 form (you complete and submit it yourself)
  • Guidance while you schedule your own visa interview appointment (you schedule it yourself)
  • Visa interview preparation guidance, including an emailed Visa Interview Preparation Guide
  • Pre-interview checklist
  • General process guidance from application through your interview

How the Application, I-20, and Visa Process Works

Shahid University handles your application and support process: eligibility review, document preparation, program selection, and submitting a complete application on your behalf to the admitting U.S. institution.

The admitting university — not Shahid University — issues the official Form I-20. Form I-20 is issued directly by the admitting institution once you have been admitted and have satisfied that school's admissions, financial, documentation, and F-1 eligibility requirements (including proof of sufficient funds and any required academic or English-proficiency documentation). Shahid University is not itself SEVP-certified and does not issue Form I-20.

Once your Form I-20 has been issued, you will complete the remaining visa steps yourself: pay the applicable U.S. government fees, complete your DS-160, schedule your U.S. Embassy or Consulate interview, and attend that interview. Before your interview, Shahid University will email you a Visa Interview Preparation Guide to help you prepare.

I-20 issuance is not guaranteed. It is subject to the admitting university confirming your eligibility and receiving all required documents and financial evidence. Visa approval is decided solely by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate and can never be guaranteed by Shahid University or anyone else.

English Language Pathway (ESL): For applicants who need to strengthen their English proficiency before starting a degree program. Available to applicants who have completed high school or secondary education. Program length, levels, and score requirements are confirmed during intake based on the admitting institution's current published requirements.

Note: Some specialized graduate programs are not eligible for F-1 student visa sponsorship at certain institutions. Our team will confirm which programs are available to F-1 applicants during your intake review.

What Happens After You Purchase

  1. You receive a confirmation email and a link to complete a detailed intake form (about 15–20 minutes).
  2. Our admissions support team reviews your information and lets you know exactly which documents are still needed.
  3. We submit and support your school application. If the admitting university confirms your eligibility and receives all required documents and financial evidence, that university issues your Form I-20.
  4. After your I-20 is issued, we support you as you complete your own DS-160, pay the applicable government fees, and schedule your own visa interview.
  5. Before your interview, we email you a Visa Interview Preparation Guide and a pre-interview checklist.

Important — What This $675 Service Fee Does NOT Include

The $675 Shahid University service fee covers the school application and I-20 processing/support service only. It does not include:

  • U.S. visa application (MRV) fee
  • Visa appointment-related fees
  • SEVIS I-901 fee
  • Tuition
  • Embassy/Consulate charges
  • Other government or third-party fees

The student pays these fees separately, directly to the relevant government agency, testing body, or school, and is responsible for scheduling and attending their own visa interview.

The $675 Shahid University service fee covers school application and I-20 processing/support services only. U.S. government visa fees, SEVIS fees, visa appointment/interview-related fees, tuition, and other third-party charges are not included and must be paid separately by the student. Payment does not guarantee admission, issuance of Form I-20, a visa appointment, or visa approval.

Admission decisions and the issuance of Form I-20 are made solely by the admitting school, based on that school's own admissions, financial, documentation, and F-1 eligibility requirements. Visa approval is determined solely by the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Shahid University does not issue Form I-20, does not make admission decisions, and cannot guarantee a visa interview outcome.
